Forgot your password?

Passwords are reset by an administrator, so your organization stays in control of who can get into the system.

What to do next

Ask an administrator of your organization to reset your password.
They can do it from the Users page: open your row, choose Reset Password and the login details, including a temporary password, are emailed to you.
Sign in with that password and you will be asked to set a new one straight away.

The email goes to the address on your account, so make sure it is the one you use to sign in.
